An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager based in Cardiff to join an expanding company that specialises in integrated hard and soft facilities management and specialist support services for secure and critical environments. They design and operate facilities and provide management services to both the public and private sector.
As a Service Delivery Manager your duties will include:
• Staff management and development, as the Facilities team comprises Security, Cleaning Operatives and Sub Contractors.
• Delivering objectives.
• Understanding the Organisational Environment.
• Dealing with Changing Circumstances.
• Sharing & Co-operating.
• Meeting operational and business requirements, ensuring departmental service level agreements and KPI’s are met while operating within the framework of the overarching contract.
An ideal Service Delivery Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Be an experienced Middle Manager who is resilient and able to work well on their own initiative while under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while balancing a number of priorities.
• Have broad management experience within a customer focused multi-functional service delivery environment, including CAFM systems operation.
In return you will receive a salary of £28,500 - £30,500 per annum plus 5 weeks annual leave, field based across Cardiff, essential use car, contributory pension, annual bonus, childcare vouchers, Employee Care Scheme & Best Doctors and other excellent benefits.
