Experienced Quantity surveyor req.
My client specialise in new build sites ranging from ‘one off’ bespoke Plots upto small developments of c15 Houses.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Quantity surveyor that has previous experience of all aspects of Quantity Surveying on New Build Developments and has been responsible for building at least 50 homes from start on site through to handover to Sales.
You will have a tireless commitment to your work and naturally just enjoy it.
Salary guide £45k per annum plus car allowance and healthy performance related bonus.
