An ERP Implementation/Pre-Sales Account Manager is required to join a leading software house.
The role is multi-dimensional and requires a dynamic individual. Your longer term role will include analysing customer's requirements, training, implementation and support of an existing customer base in the use of their ERP system and act as a pre-sales advisor to take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle and include skills in Crystal Reports.
You will need excellent problem solving and communications skills along with project management ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software support to customers 1st & 2nd Line including Software Configuration, Installation & Support
- Changes to the standard reports using Crystal Report Writer.
- Produce documentation in accordance with standards and suitable for guidance on installation, implementation and support.
Person Specification:
- ERP / Business Systems Software Understanding
- System design experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Good team player
- Able to manage own workload without supervision
- Capacity to think creatively with good problem solving skills
