Job Title: Recruitment Apprentice
Salary: £800pm
Benefits: £50 per assisted deal, Regular Team incentives.
Overview:
Working to support a Senior Recruitment Consultant and/or team with daily administrative duties; helping to grow their business, the database, increase market intelligence and result in future successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commit to internal training given to fulfil your role
- Ensure all relevant consultant activity is registered on Bullhorn (internal database) each day
- Utilise Linkedin effectively on a regular basis; Candidate Searches, Create projects, Direct Mail relevant candidates (on behalf of a consultant), Identify relevant Hiring Managers in the vertical markets covered
- Source relevant candidates by completing daily boolean searches across the job boards (CW, Reed, Monster & Jobsite)
- Add new hiring manager information/ prospective client details to the database accurately
- Place job advertisements through Bullhorn
- Manage advertising of various job roles
- Prepare CV’s to send over to clients
- Other general data entry & Recruitment Administration duties
- Prioritize workload and provide feedback on activity completed
Further responsibilities;
- Speaking with relevant candidates, in reference to specific job roles
- Interview feedback (candidate side) and interview preparation
- Lead generation and basic sales calls
- Preparation to gain skills needed to progress to ‘Trainee Recruitment Consultant’ or ‘Client Delivery Consultant’
Other duties may include;
- Collating and updating team activity figures
- Support sending out marketing to relevant candidates/clients
- Assist in putting together Consultant Activity reports for end clients
Key experience/attributes;
- Must have a Minimum of 8 GCSE's (Grade A* - C)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Be Process driven
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced & busy environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable….
- Previous experience in an office based role
- Prior work experience/ work placement
- Excellent IT skills
