Our client is the largest European booking agent for serviced apartments, offering solutions worldwide to clients to their temporary accommodation requirements.

They are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join their Operations Team to ensure they are achieving the highest standard of domestic cleaning in their apartments. This role entails quality control inspections.

The ideal Quality Controller candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a general knowledge of the standards required for a guest arrival into one of their apartments.

The right applicant needs to be keen on housekeeping and know how to present an apartment to the highest standard it can possibly be. A practical knowledge of how to check the heating system, hot water and general ambiance of the apartment pre-arrival is essential. This is a practical hands-on position.

You will have a pleasant and friendly disposition with excellent communication skills, this is really vital as meeting new people is a key part of this position.

Your starting point each day will be Wimbledon and you will be expected to travel to different locations each day for work as directed by their Company.

The ideal Quality Controller candidate will:

• Have experience working as a Quality Controller / Head Housekeeper in a very busy, high profile environment.

• Provide a delivery of service that exceeds customer requirements.

• Be positive, friendly and outgoing, a people person.

• This is a hands-on position, so you will be used to getting your hands dirty! 

• Possess a genuine passion for customer service. 

• Want to deliver the finest quality service and experience for all guests.

• Be driven and focused in delivering first-class standards across every aspect of the operation both front and back of house.

• Treat the apartments as your own and take pride in your work to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

• Be flexible in your approach to work.

• Be a clear and concise communicator.

• Be articulate and well presented.

• Have a full / clean Driving License.

• Have good command of the English language.

The successful candidate will join their Operations Team to ensure immaculate standards are adhered to in all areas of their apartments.

The Quality Controller position will demand approx. 37.5 hours per Week.

Rate of Pay will be according to experience.

21 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
