There is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at our client's state-of-the-art Energy Recovery Facility! They are looking for a Contract Administration Manager to run all financial administration and contract reporting aspects of the Prosiect Gwyrdd at their Trident Park site.

The successful candidate will ensure contract transactions are correctly recorded, monthly billing and internal accounts are reported and regular forecasting is completed. 

This is a vital role and demands a focused and organised individual who has the ability to work to strict deadlines and has a good level of accuracy.

This will be key role in an environment with high volumes of transactions. 

A full driving licence is desirable due to the location of the site, but is not essential.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Ensure Contract transactions are correctly recorded, monthly billings produced and reporting for client is carried out accurately and to timetable 
• Produce monthly management accounts to tight deadlines giving accurate / explainable performance compared to budget 
• Liaise with customers on regular basis regarding contract information, reports, etc. 
• Production of KPI’s on contracts to suit the various activities plus analysis to better aid management understanding
• Regular forecasting of contract performance going forward
• Ensuring internal controls are being followed and carrying out checks 

Skills / Experience:

• Basic qualification in accounting 
• Good time keeping
• Resilient, self-motivated and ability to juggle priorities
• Basic literacy, numeracy and clerical skills
• Good communication skills
