Founded in 1979, Our Client is one of the UK's largest independently owned distributors of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning products. Operating from eight offices nationally they work closely with Consultants, Contractors and Manufacturers. Providing design expertise, core product stock holding, delivery where and when required, backed up by full technical support and onsite technical services.

Currently seeking an Assistant Air Conditioning Spares Manager you will be based in their Fareham office. Reporting to the National Warranty Manager you will be assisting the management and sales support for all Mitsubishi Electric spare parts.

Daily duties and responsibilities:

• Deal with all service part and accessories for Mitsubishi Electric products.
• Place all orders and control stock levels for service parts and accessories nationally.
• Work closely and develop a strong rapport with Mitsubishi Electric.
• To ensure a speedy response to external and internal customer technical questions and queries surrounding spare parts.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of product and market trends to effectively deal with customer queries.

Skills, qualifications and experience:

• At least 18 months experience in selling Air conditioning, Refrigeration or similar products to contractors.
• A hard working team player who has the skill to develop and maintain excellent inter-personal relationships effectively both internally and externally with suppliers and customers.
• Have a positive attitude and a passion to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Well organised when working under pressure and be highly competent with CRM systems.
