Branch Administrator
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the branch to enable managers and consultants to meet their objectives.
2. Ensure all administrative functions are up to date and correct.
3. Work in accordance with all divisional policies and procedures and adhere to appropriate legislation.
4. Deal with general queries from clients, candidates, branches, Service and Support functions.
5. Processing candidate timesheets in the weekly payroll.
Key Tasks:
a)Answer the telephone and greet candidates and clients in the prescribed style.
b)Process all candidate applications according to divisional selection and referencing policies.
c)Ensure the correct administrative procedures are followed throughout each stage of the candidate’s involvement with Reed as directed by the Business Manager.
d)Ensure branch has adequate supplies of all internal and external documentation e.g. candidate and client packs etc.
e)Ensure all branch computer and paper records are maintained to agreed standards.
f)Participate in team/other meetings and contribute to the development of the branch
g)Undertake any other duties as directed by the Business Manager as may be necessary in running an effective and efficient branch meeting deadlines.
