Desktop Support Analyst is now required to join a vibrant, dedicated team working on a remote site for this International Organisation based in Northampton. The Desktop Support Analyst will be supporting on-site operations as well as circa 3000 operations across the UK.
The successful Desktop Support Analyst has an opportunity to work with users remotely and on occasion face to face. The Organisation will also provide comprehensive ongoing training and development. The successful Desktop Support Analyst will have a clear and proven progression route into senior support, network or even development, based on merit not time served.
Essential experience for the successful Desktop Support Analyst:
- Remote IT support experience
- Windows XP or Windows 7 desktop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly inter-personal skills
The successful Desktop Support Analyst will be able to secure the following package:
- ??18,000 - ??20,000 per annum (dependant upon experience)
- Extensive training and development
