SC Cleared Business Analyst

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: This is an exciting opportunity for senior SC cleared Business Analyst, to join one of Steria's critical government clients to produce the end to end business designs and cover the whole business process. This is an initial 5 month assignment based in London, on Client site.

Responsibilities:

• To document the business requirements, development strategy, and working with the Tech Architect to document the technical solution.
• To develop or document acceptance strategy in a multi-organisation and vendor environment
• Produce the end to end business designs
• You will be expected to create any other approach or strategy documents eg. testing strategy

ESSENTIAL skills

• Currently working as a Business Analyst
• Extensive experience of working in government projects
• Ability to elaborate and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Ability to work with both highly technical team members - eg. Architects and also member of the general business and speak the language appropriate to both
• Able to model using Use Case notation
• Understand the security accreditation process in government
• Agile experience and experience of paperless workflow solutions
• Experience of working in J2EE, Oracle, and TIBCO environments (but they don't need to be technologists)
• Experience of multi-vendor environments
• You should understand the principles of SOAP based information exchange
