The role is to become a valuable member of the team working to support the Corporate Quality Assurance Management and Field Quality Centre engineers. Key tasks include responsibility for travel, budget, meetings, reporting as well as assistant to the Vice President. The role is based at Nissan's European Field Quality Centre, Bedfordshire with a global link to other FQ centres around the world.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
~ Support and preparation of management reports, collating information & creating presentations
~ Support development and co-ordination of top level objective planning (Hoshin Kanri)
~ Assistant to VP - managing schedule, travel and reporting
~ Administrative support for a large and busy office including all travel
~ Arranging and co-ordinating meetings and conferences
~ Use and support of internal Finance & HR systems
Background & Experience
~ Self motivated with strong written & verbal communication skills.
~ Good interpersonal skills - positive, friendly, approachable character to strengthen current team.
~ Able to work cross functionally at all levels and respond quickly to changing demands
~ Ability to organise and prioritise effectively ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
~ Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
~ Excellent administration skills including typing, data collection and report writing
~ Competent with MS Office, Excel. Powerpoint, Outlook
