Business Development Manager - Lancashire

Our Lancashire based Facilities Manager client were formed in 2002. They have three operational divisions (Cleaning, Security and Washroom). The founding Directors have more than 40 years of property management, cleaning and retail experience between them, they were determined to ensure that they offer a bespoke and flexible service tailored to meet the specific needs of their clients. Operating throughout the UK their customers span a wide number of business and industry sectors including industry giants, high street retailers, shopping centres, airports, bars and nightclubs, hotels, hospitals, colleges and unversities. The client has an excellent back office and management teams with a wealth of knowledge of the industry and the split of the business in one third security and two thirds cleaning/FM. The client are now looking to build on their success by appointing a successful Business Development Manager. The sales target will be ??1m and commission will be paid at 10% of net profit. 20 days holidays plus bank holidays. Basic salary ??35k-??40k, Car (Audi A4), commission, laptop, mobile phone, fuel card, expenses, pension, healthcare (after qualifying period).
