Linux Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer, Puppet, Agile, Java, Central London, ??45-65,000 dependent on experience.

Our client has several openings available at various levels for Linux Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineers.

Key Skills:
(Below are some of the key technical skills we are looking for).

- Strong Linux Systems Administration experience (eg Red Hat, CentOS, Debian or Ubuntu)
- Experience managing Java (JEE) based applications within a Linux/Unix environment.
- High Availability Clustering experience.
- DevOps experience; Administration and development of Puppet environments.
- Experience of Webservers eg Apache Tomcat, Nginx etc.
- Experience of any system monitoring tools eg Nagios, Cacti, Zabbix, RRDTool or Syslog-NG.
- Experience of any open source databases (eg MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.)
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to Have:

- Experience Cloud Services eg AWS etc.
- Bash or Perl Scripting etc.

This Linux Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer ( Puppet, Agile, Java, MySQL, Apache Tomcat, Nagios, Cloud Services ) will include:

- Working in Agile environment using open source tools and technologies to maintain and enhance our client's computer systems in relation to development, testing, production and support.
- Linux Systems Administration.
- Maintaining high availability systems
- Participating in the evolution and adaption of our IT infrastructure.
