As part of Investment Funds Direct Limited (founded 1982), Ascentric's 'Wrap' platform enables Financial Advisers to view value and trade client investment portfolios. The technology we provide gives customers a clearer picture of how their entire portfolio is performing, putting them in control of their investments through their Financial Adviser.

Our goal is to be the independent wrap platform of choice. We strive to achieve this by constantly listening to our clients, by focusing on service delivery and by constantly improving the breadth and depth of our platform proposition.

We are now looking to add a Senior Trade Support Administrator to our team in Bath. The role with involve ensuring that all trades are confirmed in an accurate and timely manner, processing ad hoc manual dealing instructions, solving internal and external queries, and collating MI.

You will also provide support to the Dealing team and act as direct support to Trade Support Team Leader acting as a deputy in times of their absence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all trade confirmations, across various asset classes are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure a high degree of accuracy at all times, including query resolution, thereby minimising risk.
• Respond to queries raised either internally or externally in a professional and efficient manner.
• Advise Trade Support Team Leader of all outstanding and current issues.
• Undertake additional projects as directed from time to time, by the Head of Dealing/Trade Support or Trade Support Team Leader
• Ensure MI is input correctly and in a timely manner

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar Financial Services role ideally with knowledge of investment products, dealing cycle and related processes
• In depth understanding of FCA regulations.
• Understanding of TCF principles
• Good knowledge of excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
