Senior BI Solutions Architect, Oracle BI, Informatica, ETL, Chard, Somerset, ??45-50,000 dependent on experience.

Key Skills:

- Educated to degree level.
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale ETL architectures.
- Experience using Informatica within an Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIIE)
- Hands-on experience using Data Warehouse Application Console ("DAC")
- Advanced knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence project life cycle, tools and technologies.
- Use of SQL and RDBMS systems experience (Oracle and/or SQL Server), with a focus on development and/or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Tools (eg OBIEE, BI Analytics, BI Answers, BI Publisher, BI Repository etc.).
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to Have:

Any of the following is a bonus.

- Experience of ERP and MRP systems.
- Manufacturing and distribution company experience.
- Experience of Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Supply Chain and Oracle Order Management Analytics, Oracle Procurement and Spend Analytics.

About the Role:

The successful Senior BI Solutions Architect ( ETL, Oracle BI, Data Warehouse, DAC ) responsibilities will include:

- Designing the BI architecture from data sourcing all the way through to the end target data structures.
- Presentation of data through dashboards and reports in the BI web portal.
- Proposing strategy and designs, driving deployment, developing and supporting of Oracle Business Intelligence Applications pack (OBIA).
- Creating Business Intelligence applications architecture for installing and configuring, enforcing standards.
- Advising senior management and functional analysts on strategic and tactical way forward.
