Server Support Engineer (Microsoft - SQL - VMware - Cloud - Future Team Leader)

SecureVirtual are looking for a Server Support Engineer to join our Technical Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Technical Service Delivery Manager with an eye to becoming a Support Helpdesk Team Leader/Manager over the next 6-12 months.
Based in Richmond-upon-Thames, SW London, secureVirtual designs, hosts and manages business critical cloud' environments for our clients, ensuring availability, performance and security via our own multi data-centre virtualised IaaS platform - see our website for more information.
Applicant's Key Skills:
- Microsoft Server 2003/8/12, Knowledge of SQL, Exchange, IIS, AD, MSCS, RDS
- VMware and Virtualisation technologies
- Remote Desktop Services Microsoft Terminal Server, Citrix XenApp, VMWare (Horizon) View
- Networking including LAN/WAN architecture, Cisco, Routers and Firewalls, VPN, MPLS, VoIP
The right candidate will help to ensure that secureVirtual maintains a customer centric focus whilst offering the best technical solutions, and ultimately deliver the following key results:
