Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Bradford
Salary: £80,000 pa + car + benefits package
Job Role:
Working with the main board, this strategic key account executive role, will: provide the required support and assistance to the client to ensure the smooth efficient and successful delivery of the agreed service; Liaise with HMG and law enforcement agencies to develop intelligence led solutions to crime and fraud activity; work with the Grapevine team to develop the Grapevine solution to meet future needs of clients and intelligence based solutions.The role holder will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in intelligence matters particularly relating to crime and fraudulent activity. Whilst the role will be based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, there will be a requirement to attend meetings in on a national basis to meet the requirements of this exciting and recently established role.Key Responsibilities:
- Working with our key client on all aspects of client account and project management to ensure the smooth, efficient and innovative service delivery to clients in accordance with contractual requirements, clients changing needs, budget and agreed timescales
- Engagement at a strategic level within UK HMG, Law enforcement, and other key stakeholders on matters of intelligence collation and sharing of information to develop the Grapevine service
- Development of existing network of contacts to develop and promote the Grapevine and associated services and identify other suitable partners and departments and devlop relationships with the organisations to develop mutually beneficial intelligence service solutions.
- In consultation with the board of directors, develop a strategic plan for the development of intelligence based security service solutions. This plan to be fully integrated into the main business plan of holistic, integrated security service solution delivery.
- Working internally with the IMAC Manager and Grapevine team, to provide a framework for continual development of the service solutions including efficiencies, innovation and Value Add services and present these recommendations and business case to the board of directors.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with the UK National Intelligence model and UK Security Strategy
- Ensure compliance/audit requirements of Information Security/Supply Chain are met in full prior to implementation
- Formal Attendance at Monthly Governance Forum
- Monthly Service Review Meeting
- Monthly/Quarterly Information Security Management Forum
- Quarterly Service Review
- Meeting with POL stakeholders to assess and agree the scope of projects
- Assisting stakeholders with the creation of project plans
- Meeting with relevant suppliers to assess products/services capabilities etc.
- Finalisation of Project Plans to encompass the company’s services
- Setting and agreement of Annual Budget spend both for customer and the company’s use
- Ensuring timely and accurate Invoicing
- Completion and review of Budget v Actual values on a monthly basis and liaison with customer to obtain additional Purchase Order values to invoice on time
- Producing ad-hoc reports/information as requested by the customer
