Trainee Sales Executive

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive with the drive and ambition to develop a long term career in Account Management. To manage & develop profitable new business in line with company strategy.
You will work closely with all of our departments as part of your training. Once you have a full understanding of each departments responsibilities you will then be expected to achieve the following:

The Role:
- To plan & prioritise personal sales activities to contribute to the achievement of the company's growth plans for turnover and profitability.
- To satisfy new and existing customers' requirements, through provision of a high level of customer service
- To build relationships with existing and potential new customers in order to generate ongoing and profitable orders.
- Promote and sell the company, its products and its services to existing and potential customers, and secure orders at least sufficient to meet agreed targets for sales value and sales profitability.
- Ensure that sales enquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner, that quotations and samples are presented to customers within agreed timescales, and that enquiries are followed up with all due urgency.
Required:
- Demonstrate the desire to succeed in the Sales Environment
- Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated & determined.
- Current driving license
- No previous Sales Experience required.
