We are seeking a Finance Manager to head our finance function supported by an
assistant. ACI Group, based in Slough, is a Sales, Marketing and Distribution Company
supplying additives, chemicals and ingredients into a wide range of market sectors.
This is a challenging, diverse role, providing commercial support as part of the
Management Team.
As a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), you will ideally have some SME
experience. More important is your desire to progress and develop personally. You will
have advanced Excel skills to provide intelligent, analytical management reports whilst
ensuring healthy financial controls. Experience of SAGE accounts and SAGE payroll will
be useful, though training will be provided to the right candidate.
You will have strong commercial awareness with a flexible and can-do-attitude. This is
an opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills beyond finance in legal,
operational and IT areas. You will play an active part in contributing to the strategy of
the Business. With good communication skills, you will be effective at managing
relationships with internal colleagues at all levels. As a team-player you will enjoy having
a hands-on approach and being an integral part of a commercially focused team.
Salary £50k plus, negotiable depending on experience, plus bonus and performance
incentives.
