When you hear our client’s name, you may just think of double glazing. And that's fine – after all, it's what their national reputation's built on.
But for nearly 50 years, they’ve also been manufacturing and installing conservatories, doors, rooftrim products and more recently, driveways, garage conversions and panoramic extensions…and all to the same very high standard.
Their people are at the heart of their success – and they look to attract and retain the best in the business…is this you?
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Depot Manager to join their team in Croydon.
They aim to deliver an excellent experience for all of their customers, as a Senior Depot Manager with them, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling installation works to agreed targets; ensuring that an exceptional level of service is delivered and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of your teams (including sub-contractors) and the management of the pipeline for your region for all products by ensuring that the installation capacity is at optimum levels. This can only be achieved through the meticulous planning and scheduling of jobs, prompt and professional contact with customers and appropriate inspections of work carried out throughout the installation process as a whole.

Hardworking and with a flexible approach, you should have well-developed analytical skills; experience of managing Profit & Loss Accounts would be beneficial but not essential.
