Our client has an opening for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful dealership based in Ruislip.
As a Service Advisor for this Dealer you need to possess excellent customer service skills and be a confident relationship builder, able to advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service whilst also achieving the company objectives and targets.
In the Service Advisor role you will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customers satisfaction.
Please note this role will include some parts responsibilities however our client will cross train the chosen candidate to carry out these duties
Duties include;
Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
Booking vehicles in, advising on duration of repairs
Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out
Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and people:management skills, coupled with a good level of education, outstanding communication skills and must be well presented.
You must hold a full UK driving license.
You must have current experience as a Service Advisor, within a Main Franchised Dealership, to be considered for this role.
