An excellent primary school in Newham is looking for two full time Teaching Assistants to work full time with SEN pupils throughout the school.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN children, will be child focused, remain calm and understanding under pressure and will be an excellent communicator. You will also need to be committed to attainment and furthering pupil's achievements academically, socially and emotionally.

The role will involve working on a 1:1 basis with SEN pupils, one of the children you will be working with has profound learning difficulties, and the other 2 children are on the Autism Spectrum. You will be following a personalised plan with all children to allow them to reach their full potential.

Both posts are for one year with the possibility of becoming permanent positions. This primary school will offer fantastic children, a knowledgeable and encouraging team and relevant training to extend your knowledge and effectiveness.
