Our client is looking for an experienced Fleet Clerk or Administrator looking for their next step up. The client is market leader in the field of Transport and Logistics with National and International contracts.
Main Responsibilities Of A Transport Fleet Admin Team Leader :
Managing the overall compliance of the fleet administration division
Manage all MOT bookings for the Fleet
Monitoring and resolving invoice queries
Overseeing the Fleet Admin department
Ensure that all data is upto date and correct
Minimise vehicle downtime by effective planning
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be IT literate, have excellent attention to detail and have a flexible and positive approach to problem resolution. You will ideally have an International CPC but if not the willingness to study for one is essential.
