Position: Service Manager – Full Time Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 Per Annum Location: North West Region Job Sector: Domiciliary Care, Residential Care, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Closing Date: 26th Ref: 2438 A health and social care provider is looking for a Service Manager. You would be responsible co-ordinating services, for developing links with purchasers, conducting, quality audits, overseeing inspections, developing systems, managing new contracts, recruiting, training and managing staff, and ensuring that service users are provided with person-centred support. We are looking for an organised individual who has underpinning knowledge of the Health & Social Care Act. If you feel you meet the following criteria we look forward to hearing from you.
Qualification and Experience
• Education to minimum NVQ 5 / QCF7 or equivalent Management Qualification.
• Two years experience of leading, supervising, and managing staff teams.
• Experience in formulating and delivering support and care.
• Experience of working to CQC regulated activities.
• Skilled in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
