Successful software house serving the Oil & Gas sector currently requires a brilliant technical lead/lead developer to develop the next wave of browser based products. With the opportunity to gain more exposure to the likes of UI/UX as you take the lead with design and architecture of the new product suite. This SME environment might suit someone looking to move away from the red tape of the corporate world and have more control over the design and development of new software. Current products are very successful and now looking for someone with a flair for ASP MVC web based software apps. 

In order to succeed in this environment you will need to be able to demonstrate strong hands-on tech skills (ASP MVC, MS.NET, SQL Server/Oracle) with any awareness of UI or UX a plus. You'll need to be able take a new software product from the design stage through development with a small internal team, then onto implementation on major corporate client sites. You should also be able to lead and motivate a small team through a typical 12-18mth development cycle.
