RPO Onsite Construction Recruiter

Are you currently working in construction recruitment, either within an agency or in-house in the Manchester area? Are you keen to move into a wholly onsite role working closely with the client, delivering under an established Recruitment Process Outsource arrangement?

Resource Management plc, part of the RSG Group have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused, confident individual to join our onsite team delivering into a vibrant and fast paced client environment.

We are currently managing a fully established, permanent RPO contract for a national construction company, Wates Construction. The RPO includes working on a national basis, covering all white collar roles, working across all departments and areas of the business.

We have an opportunity for a driven individual with exceptional resourcing, candidate management and delivery skills, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment as part of a small onsite team. This individual will work closely alongside our Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) who manages the account from a strategic perspective, as well as interacting on a regular basis with a range of client stakeholders/hiring managers.

This role will be focused around the onsite delivery of roles, operating in a resourcing and onsite recruiter capacity, as well as working collaboratively with our direct delivery team in our head office. The successful candidate will have worked in a recruitment role or within a recruitment environment, working within the white collar construction or civil engineering industry. Travel within London/across the South East may be required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into the RPO environment, working closely with a Business Partner, receiving ongoing support and guidance whilst being exposed to working onsite in an RPO solutions business.
