Bar Supervisor at De Vere Venues Brigade
Brigade, based at the historic fire station on Tooley Street, London. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor who will be assisting in the operation of an efficient team within budgetary controls.
Responsibilities of Bar Supervisor:
- Provide excellent standard of hospitality
- Ensure all guests expectations are met during their food & beverage
- Efficiently communicate with team members to ensure all service standards are constantly met and exceeded
- Responsible for motivating and developing your team to provide a top rate service to our guests
- Preparing the bar ready for service
- Controlling stock
- Handling the till
- Have in depth knowledge of drinks menu offerings
