We have opportunities for Performance Analysts in London Heathrow, to work in our Commercial Planning team, who focus on optimising our commercial performance. Our team works closely with the Americas Sales and Marketing department on setting the Sales teams' revenue targets. As Performance Analyst, you'll analyse the immediate and long-term market position for the Americas region, highlight emerging trends that are likely to affect performance and track performance compared to targets, with partner airline colleagues and the General Management Team of the Atlantic Joint Business.
Through strong data analysis, as Performance Analyst, you will produce valuable commercial analysis and insight reports that you will present to stakeholders in the business. As a Performance Analyst you'll make an impact on strategic decisions that will help to shape the direction and performance of our Americas business. Your varied responsibilities will include analysing revenue performance, forecasting revenue, measuring the effectiveness of tactical marketing campaigns and identifying and leading analytical initiatives that will bring value to our client base.
Your strong analytical ability will be backed by a numerate degree or equivalent, and some experience in an analytical role. This is a great development role and we will support those with limited career experience, as long as you have the analytical ability. You'll need a curious mind and want to dig and explore the data at BA to paint a picture to the business on what the data is telling them. Knowledge of SQL and/or SAS would be a plus, but is not essential.
