Working for an agency in Milton Keynes, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth, this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a few years of experience in client services/account management.
Candidates must have experience working in Performance Improvement/ Reward and Recognition/ Marketing or similar, and be confident within a customer facing role. Intermediate knowledge of Excel is necessary, as well as the ability to proofread/copywrite.
You will need to be willing and eager to learn, have a positive attitude along with excellent communication skills. This position is immediately available, so if you are too then even better!
Your role will include:
- To play the lead role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison and management of internal resource departments.
- To be the point of escalation for all participant queries as received by the team, via phone and email.
- To create and manage communications plans.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining promotions within a database.
- Putting together and presenting design briefs for internal creative department
- Set up and lead any client meetings where appropriate.
- To manage all financial aspects of client projects using an in house financial system to set up jobs and budgets.
