Working for an agency in Milton Keynes, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth, this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a proven background as a Senior Account Manager/Account Director.
Candidates must have experience working in Performance Improvement/ Market Research/ Reward and Recognition/ Marketing or similar, and be highly experienced in a client facing environment. Candidates should have experience working in an agency environment.
You will need to have managed large budgets for a variety of projects and have ability to interpret data and make recommendations to clients.
Any exposure to working with automotive clients or similar is beneficial.
Your role will include:
- To play the lead role in the project management of client projects, including a heavy focus towards client liaison but also strong communication with the internal specialist recourse departments regarding their activities.
- To work with the Client Relationship Director to understand strategy and support in the development of proposals and quotations where required.
- To take responsibility for the induction and training of client account team members. Review meetings will also be under this persons remit.
- Attend Line Manager meetings and ensure that relevant information is cascaded down within the team appropriately.
- Oversee the creation of design briefs for the internal creative team and liaising between this team and the client.
