Finance Change Manager

Stanton House have an urgent requirement for a Senior Change Manager with experience working with Finance workstreams.

This role involves extensive senior stakeholder engagement therefore the successful candidate must be confident and resilient. The main objective of the role is to work in conjunction with the project resources and subject matter experts to design and deliver the Target Business Operating Model for the relevant area. 

Main duties:

• Collaborating with project sponsors/stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and documented
• Defining the scope of the project; owning and managing project plans, risks, issues and resources
• Planing, organising, controlling and delivering business level project within the programme
• Responsible for managing the project through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality.  
• Providing specialist knowledge and support to project teams to shape business development and resolve business issues, as well as, ensuring that own knowledge is up to date and is reflective of best practice
• Acting as an escalation point for project level risks within the portfolio, taking corrective action to achieve resolution to the satisfaction of Programme Manager and/or business sponsor
• Providing leadership and strategic direction to the project team

Required Competencies:

• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery within Senior Change Management roles and recognised as a project management practitioner
• Finance Services background with experience of Finance related activities
• Project Lifecycle planning and delivery of projects of 6 months duration
• Previous experience of managing multi disciplinary teams
• Communicating verbally and in writing to inform and persuade up to Director level
