The Company:

Main duties:
To provide Customer Service and Administrative support to the Sales Team on the UK & German markets
The Role:
- To deal with customers enquiries on a daily basis over the phone or via email
- To maintain a good knowledge of the company products and provide accurate information to customers
- To liaise with internal and external departments to ensure an excellent customer service
- To ensure the right pricing for products
- To maintain customers details up to date on the system
- To maximise the sales by upselling or cross-selling occasionally or discuss new offers with customers
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & German (written & spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word...)
Salary:
Circa £16k pa + Benefits
