This is a fantastic opportunity for a Consumer Insights Manager to join an established company, who, for over 50 years, has helped Mums get the most out of family life.
Role Purpose
To drive revenue from their best in class young family research facility whilst underpinning business decisions with consumer understanding. Communicating this information proactively to the internal stakeholders and provide ideas solutions and expertise to the business, customers and clients.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Revenue generation from insight initiatives
- Plan, implement and maximise research programmes to meet client and business objectives
- Be considered as the subject matter expert in client conversations and use this independent stance to understand brand/marketing objectives
- Communicate the value of research to key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Manage, develop and motivate direct report
- Identify deep and compelling insights into mums - and use this to recommend significant improvements to the company and client programmes.
- Develop research findings beyond reportage into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Run qualitative moderation groups as required
- Manage client/agency relationship
- P&L accountable
Measurement:
- Research revenue
- Commercial success of insight driven initiatives
- Brand Health metrics

- Commercial acumen to ably asses client and business needs
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree level education
- 3- 5 years qualitative and quantitative research ideally achieved in an agency background
- Accredited MRS membership
- Use of SPSS/experience of survey Gismo
Previous Experience
Previous experience within a similar role would be highly advantageous. Excellent Microsoft Office Skills are essential as is the ability to demonstrate understanding and success within a Consumer Insight role.
