Junior Designer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing integrated strategic marketing agency, specialising in lead generation in the IT/Technology sector, with expansion into retail and professional services sectors. Based in rural Oxfordshire, they are looking to expand their creative team.

The successful applicant will work within a young vibrant team supporting a wide variety of clients across EMEA. The applicant must be someone who's a real team player, that's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be involved in all elements of their projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

- Strong conceptual and communication skills
- Must have a strong sense of composition and layouts across print, web and digital disciplines
- Strong time management abilities
- Proficiency in all industry standard software programs: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Adobe Acrobat, and Mac OSX system
- Ability to multitask across multiple client projects on a daily basis

Skills and Attributes:

- Experience with Photoshop
- Intermediate level user of Adobe CC
- Ability to identify and interpret graphic design needs and follow a brief
- Great attention to detail

Desirable (but not essential):

- Interactive experience - banners, websites
- Filming, editing and motion graphic experience
