The role of Catering Assistant will include:-
- Maintain correct stock levels of food and non food items on display units
- Maintain high standard of food presentation
- Demonstrate correct stock rotation to keep wastage to a minimum
- Complete tasks in line with service levels
- Communicate customer comments to colleagues and supervisor
- Complete temperature records for food and equipment
- Provide service for till operation
- Stock food and beverage machines
- Prioritise tasks in order to maintain customer flow and consistent cover at all service points
- Follow health and safety and hygiene requirements
- Maintain safe working practices at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of area using appropriate cleaning substances
You will have previous experience in a catering environment. Additionally you will take pride in your work and be attentive to detail.
Your hours of work will be:
9.30am-5.30pm Mon-Friday, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 7.45am-2.15pm (with a day off in the week)
The role is for 3 months initially but may well be for a longer period of time
