Associate Dentist - Nantwich, Cheshire - 6000 UDAs

* Dentist UDA target is 6000
* Dentist Start date: February 2014
* Dentist Surgery Availability: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday & occasional Saturdays when required)

As this is predominantly an NHS role, you would need to be fully registered with the relevant PCT (having undergone a CRB check if you have not had one within the last 6 months) before you can start. If your notice period and/or PCT registration period would take you beyond the date stated, this is not a problem as we are keen to recruit the right individual for the role; we would just need to know timescales so that a locum dentist can be identified to cover any gaps.
