Customer Service, Sales & Collections Agents

Here at Provident, we are looking to recruit new Agents. No previous experience is required, though if you have previous experience in sales, collections, loans or customer service then you’ll have an advantage. You'll be looking for a fresh challenge or something new and different that gives you the opportunity to progress, as well as the flexibility to manage your own hours.

As the friendly face of finance and loans, we're proud to have made millions of lives better for over 130 years by lending manageable amounts of money with simple, transparent weekly repayment plans to our customers.

You'll grow your Agency by building relationships with customers, and we'll go out of our way to help you succeed with a structured induction as well as ongoing training.  All you need to bring are the same qualities that have served us so well since 1880: honesty, trust, understanding and a work ethic to match your ambition.

The great news is that you won't need to rely on generating sales calls yourself as our branches have vacant agencies that have existing customers ready for you to manage. You'll get to know these customers as you manage their loan collections weekly, as well as meet potential new customers through leads provided to you by Provident, to help give you the opportunity to build and develop your Agency and arrange new loans for new customers.
