Job Summary / Purpose:

To be responsible for the running of 3 client sites within the London region. You will be based from the main site with regular visits to the additional sites within the set region. You will be responsible for the operational control of the contract and ensuring that all target KPIs are met. The sites are exceeding all expectations and require a self motivated individual to maintain momentum.

Smart Solutions are now in our 7th year and in that time have gone from 2 to 154 employees during the recession. Currently at £50 million turnover with a 3-4 year plan to rise to £100 million through acquisition and growth. Client Management

Overseeing the Initial implementation of the contracts
Ensure a complete understanding the client specifics, and following a mirrored approach to the set National supply standards
Account Management - act as main point of contact for all designated client sites
Ensuring KPI compliance and providing feedback as necessary
Ensuring adherence to set policies and procedures
Supervision of the production and supply of management information to the client
Review all reports, client satisfaction surveys and present internally and to the client
Liaison with Smart Service Centres and regional managers to maintain support structures
Management of CRB and drug and alcohol testing
Organising and leading periodic review meetings with the client
Management of all inductions
Ensuring all records are kept in line with legislative requirements
Conduct and report periodic review meetings
Update the client on legislative updates, and conduct relevant changes if necessary
Qualify and quantify any job details and specific requirements
Network internally and externally with client
Set Benchmark, for clients - salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
Offer an on-call service to the client and your supporting team
Conducting daily/weekly and monthly review meetings

Staff Management

Candidate registration and Interview
Testing and selection of varied workforce to desired service standards
Providing induction prior to work placement
Monitoring staffing requirements on all shift patterns
Managing and organising of workers at multi-site locations
Carry out work instructions in line with service standards
Recruitment personnel control -reviewing progress and performance
Providing and controlling all performance management activities
Reviewing and setting service centre activity
Ensuring suitable staff availability to cover various positions at multi-site locations
Control, coverage, and management of all sickness and holiday requirements
Management and maintenance of all transport arrangements
Securing working requirements to maintain staff retention

Other

Awareness of client and prospect database to support candidate placements to support retention of workers
Business development activities to ensure that there is sustained growth within the region
All supporting administration duties to support internal and external standards and requirements
Providing all necessary payroll activities to support prompt and effective payment of workers
Develop and ensure effective use and maintenance of the front end recruitment system
Liaison with other client sites throughout the UK to ensure a mirrored way of working, and best practice awareness
Ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to within the service centre
Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements

Requirements

Recruitment experience running managed service contracts is essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
The ability to work to deadlines is essential
Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills
Good planning and organisational skills
Ability to manage own time planner, to deliver service requirements at multi-site locations
Good communication skills at all levels
Own transport
