Account Manager - Telecoms

Due to ongoing success, our client, a privately owned telecommunications company based in Chester is seeking an experienced, tenacious and successful Account Manager to compliment their Account Management and Business Care team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager key responsibilities will include;

• Account management of circa 200 accounts
• Working closely with designated customers to provide an in-depth and professional business care service
• Identify opportunities to successfully cross sell and up sell telecoms services and products.
• Demonstrate technical support and possess a good level of knowledge across the entire product range.
• The successful applicant will have demonstrable account management experience within the telecoms industry together with the ability to identify new business opportunities and close on deals. You will be commercially minded, have a good understanding of fixed line, mobiles and hosted telephony services, a meticulous work ethic and the desire to excel
