Lead Generation Executives - Field Based

One of the UK's leading Solar Energy companies are currently recruiting for door to door lead generation teams to cover regional areas across the country.

They are looking for both those with experience to take on management roles but also anyone who is looking to start a career in sales and has little or no previous experience.

The role will involve canvassing areas door to door with the sole aim of generating interest in Solar Energy.

You need to be smart in appearance, persistent, self-motivated and driven to earn as much money as you can.

The package will be based on pitched leads. You generate the lead/survey and they pay once that survey has been conducted at the property, simple straight forward and more importantly uncapped!

The targets set will be weekly and the earning potential is as follows…

Pitched leads per week and commission

Lead 1 - £50
Lead 2 - £50
Lead 3 - £75
Lead 4 - £75
Lead 5 - £75
Lead 6 - £100
Lead 7 - £100
Lead 8 - £100
Lead 9 - £100
Lead 10 - £100

So for five pitched leads per week will pay you £325 and then £100 per pitched lead thereafter!

The earning potential is huge, what you put in is what you get out! Ten pitched leads a week (two a day) and you are earning £825!

Top performers and those that show the eagerness and willingness to work hard and add value to the business will be given fast track management opportunities which will involve additional commissions based on the success of the teams you manage pushing that earning potential up to and over £1,000 per week!
