Reprographics Manager

The 'on-site' division of the UK's largest independent Reprographics Group are looking to recruit a Reprographics Manager.

Training placement will be in situ on the site with a senior member of the Hobs team. This training placement will cover all main areas required in job placement.

Main Duties:

- Co-ordinating in-house reprographic work - copying / printing / scanning both large-format (drawings) and small-format (A4 - A3)
- Binding and Finishing of Documents (including perfect bind)
- Management of internal print workflow to include internal printing to small and wide format digital print machines
- Admin functions - assistance, on occasion
- Some Colour Management

Required Skills:

- Advanced PC literacy
- Understanding of and experience dealing with common and more complex electronic files (PDF / Word Docs / Spreadsheets / DWF / Adobe CS others)
- Ability to use small-format & large-format equipment (copy / print /scan)
- Advanced Excel and Access knowledge
- Good communication skills - written & verbal (client & internal)
- Good organisational skills
- Good training and interpersonal skills
- Good client facing skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Collaboration tool knowledge / experience - useful but not imperative
- IT / Network trouble-shooting knowledge - useful but not imperative
- Equipment set-up and configuration
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Basic copier/ printer maintenance to include calibration
- RIP experience necessary
