Temporary, Full Time, 1 year initially with potential for extension
Our client is a national residential College for the assessment, rehabilitation, vocational education and training of students with visual impairment and other disabilities. Its primary aim is to develop the skills of all students to the full, enabling them to live and work as independently as possible in society.
Students at this college are aged from 16-60. Most have some degree of visual impairment; many have additional disabilities or learning difficulties. Our student population is recruited nationally and reflects the multi-cultural nature of our society.
We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to have overall responsibility for the management and development of the Garden Centre in Stirchley.
The ideal candidate will be required to use their project and people management skills to ensure that the site is used effectively by students, clients and individuals as well as developing income streams for the venture.
Previous experience in retail or horticultural environment is essential.
