They are looking for a positive and competitive Sales Account Manager with UK and European hospitality market experience. They design and manufacture bespoke luxury equipment for the hospitality and restaurant sector. They are a growing team based in West London - where they focus on high-quality product design and designing to their client's brand requirements.

Due to their business growth they are now looking for a Key Sales Account Manager to join their vibrant team and manage a selection of their key sales accounts within the UK and Europe.

As they are a growing team, you need to be flexible in your approach and have the skills to manage multiple projects - from managing and growing key accounts (business development), to be able to lead, coach and develop your direct reports, and to represent their brand, its values and product range to its fullest potential in a competitive global marketplace. You will also need to focus on and plan attendance at key trade shows globally and plan marketing to support the brand. At the same time you will have the opportunity to shape the business as they grow.

To be considered, you need:

- Proven experience managing key account relationships within the hotel and restaurant sector internationally, with figures to evidence
- Self-management and driven personality
- Superb selling experience: a track record to impress
- Planned and organized personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a person of gravitas with strong networking capabilities
- Experience in understanding customer service and quick response times
- A Masters or MBA
- Brand management and marketing experience
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Experience managing and coaching reports within the sales team
- MS Office (excellent Excel skills), plus in-house CRM or SOP system
