Job Title: Hyundai Sales Manager – Bury Dealership
Location: Bury, Greater Manchester
Salary: Basic £25,000 per Annum, with genuine OTE of £50,000

Our client seeking a dynamic professional for their well-established Bury Dealership with an innovative product range.

You will take control of and motivate three / four sales people to sell 600 units per annum. Reporting to a sales orientated Dealer Principal, you will work in tandem with their Sales Manager to cover holiday, sickness and rotas. 

This is the ideal opportunity for an existing Business Manager or Sales Controller to step up and take control of an overall result.

This is a hands-on Sales Management role, not a strategic marketing position. You will be involved with their customer base and responsible for sales customer satisfaction.

As Sales Manager your duties will include:

• Strong control over the sales process and stock.
• Delivering a level of customer excellence that is second to none.
• Proactively managing, training and motivating a team of Sales Executives.
• Devising marketing plans and setting sales targets.
• Driving the business forward and maximising customer satisfaction.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures.

You must have experience of working in a fast paced, profit orientated environment and have acute commercial awareness. An outstanding sales record and a natural affinity with customers is a given.

You should have solid previous experience in a similar role within a Main Franchised Dealership and have a good understanding of F & I opportunities, market trends and manufacturer initiatives to maximise profitability.
