We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our busy team to cover maternity leave for an initial 3 month period which may extend. This role is based in Sunderland SR5.

This is a full time role working hour Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm but during your training you will work Monday - Wednesday.

Key Tasks and Responsibility

• Provide a professional customer front, dealing with telephone calls, messages, emails for both internal and external customers.
• Data input
• Payroll
• Letter writing
• Stock ordering and stock control
• Meeting suppliers
• General administration duties
• Effectively manage time, planning and organisation of workload.

Skills and Experience Required

• General Administration experience is essential
• Experience with purchase orders
• Self-motivated with excellent time planning and organisational skills
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets
• Excellent IT skills
• Literate & Numerate
• High level of Interpersonal skills (written & verbal communication)
• Team Player
• Demonstrable achievement in meeting deadlines
