Job Description:
Our Client is a local Doncaster charity and housing association, based close to the town centre. Their work focuses on young adults aged 16 to 25, particularly those who are vulnerable and in need.
Main Duties:
They are looking for someone with professional experience of work with vulnerable young people to join them as a Keyworker / Coach.
The core role is to work with a caseload of young adults (aged 16 to 30), coaching them in achieving agreed goals.
The role also includes covering as part of a rota providing drop in support and interventions.
Transferable experience is essential, as is the ability to react well in difficult situations.

Candidates from other backgrounds and experiences are welcome; experience in supported housing is not a requirement of this role.
The Organization:
The core of the work is a supported accommodation project, which is staffed 24 hours a day, all year round. Up to 30 young people are accommodated, and all have their own bedroom and living space. Young people are able to stay for up to two years, and work with the staff to build independent living skills and prepare for a stable adult life.
The organisation also provides youth activities in its Community Centre, and offers rooms and halls to other charities and businesses in the area.
