Key Responsibilities:

- Logging of product and development issues for feedback and review as part of the development road map.
- Implement changes for existing customers
- Conduct pre-go live checks for new eCommerce projects

Skills and Experience required:

Applications are invited from candidates either with relevant work experience or from recent graduates whose courses comprised a significant element of web site development together with hands-on experience of Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of Web / eCommerce Content Management Systems along with experience in developing eCommerce websites.

Previous experience in developing and / or supporting Magento eCommerce websites would also be highly desirable.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a passion for on-line web trading and will be provided with training to learn the eCommerce platforms used in order to be able to provide support in resolving data, integration and web site queries for over 150 live customers.

The role will be supported by a comprehensive training plan including one to one on the job training and mentoring, workshops and the opportunity for secondment into other areas of the Software Company to learn their other software products.
