Two Graduate Client Services Executives are required to join one of the UK's leading Media Standards Companies - dealing with publishers across both print and digital platforms.

Working within the Client Services team and reporting to the Client Services Digital Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the team in delivering all client services and sell products and services to both new and existing clients.

These are graduate level positions and you will be provided with full training and support as well as a one off opportunity to join a leading industry owned standards body which facilitates effective trading between advertisers, their agents and media owners operating across the entire media mix.

Responsibilities will include:

- To be a key player in ensuring that prospects and existing clients receive an excellent experience when dealing with us
- To work with all Account Managers to deliver our services; this will require building a good knowledge of all the media sectors we serve
- To be a first contact point with both existing and new clients and to effectively represent the organisation when delivering sales drives
- To help identify and develop new business opportunities and sectors for the company to sell into
- To drive the sales effort of the business, in particular to identify and qualify leads
- To undertake other tasks that are required by the business as requested by your Manager.

The key competencies that you need to demonstrate are:

- An interest and commitment to a career in the media industry
- A good degree (1st or 2.1) or equivalent, media related would be an advantage but more important is aptitude for the role.
- An ability to handle complex client queries as well as providing a great experience of the organisation to their clients.
- A can-do attitude, with a constructive and proactive approach.
- Sales experience/aptitude - training will be given.
- Strong team player
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- You will need to be IT literate, with competence in using MS Office.
