A Global organisation that have achieved rapid growth and success is looking to hire a number of Junior Project Managers / PMO Analysts.

As a Junior Project Manager / PMO Analyst you will be part of a PMO function that encompasses end to end portfolio planning, assurance including ownership of the lifecycle, Management Information, root cause analysis, performance, reporting, action-orientated information and continuous improvement activities. You will therefore "facilitate & drive delivery in support of the company’s Strategic Plan and organisational goals by building resilient team relationships across the business thus becoming an embedded & trusted partner".

Responsibilities: • Project Planning + Monitoring • Monitoring Resource Allocation • Financials • Reporting

Qualifications:  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products to a high standard, including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint & SharePoint administration • PMI PMP Certification or willing to undergo certification • Proficient in planning using MS Project and Project Server • Good understanding of Project Governance and Quality Gate Assurance Preferred:  • Previous PMO experience (PMI PMP) • Background in a technology discipline • Good understanding of Project Management Methodologies such as DSDM, PMP, SAS, ?Scrum etc. • Competent user of Microsoft Office Project 2010 (Inc. Server) & experienced in managing ?multiple plans • Experience of building project cost models & carrying out financial reviews • Developing templates and processes to ensure controlled governance of project budgets and resource management

You will be expected to have all of the required qualifications and skills, those who don't will still be considered but will have to undergo certification at their own cost.
