With a strong belief in developing and growing talent, our client knows it is their people and great team spirit that have made them what they are today.  They are looking for a motivated, positive, determined and energetic Sales Manager with experience in a volume fashion retail outlet to join their successful team at their Henley-on-Thames store. You will need to assist the Store Manager in achieving maximum profit and sales turnover for our client by effectively operating the store in accordance with all company policies and by ensuring that our clients '5 Start Service' is delivered at all times through training, motivation and leading by example.
